Shipping
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST, excluding holidays).
Once the order ships you will receive an email with all the shipping information you can also create an account with quagmire and you can track it online by logging in.
All International Orders (outside Canda) may and most likely will be subject to Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT's and any other fee your country charges. These are to be paid by the customer, so be sure to check with your Customs office or even with shop@quagmiregolf.com. This can get very expensive. We know taxes suck - but please do not ask us to mark boxes as a gift, we can not do this for legal reasons.
Returns
We value your business and know you will eventually enjoy your Quagmire product. If you need to return your item for exchange or refund we can help you out with that.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please contact head office prior to any returns for an Return Authorization Number. Please make sure to specify Style, Colour, Size and your Order Number. Without this information you will not be entitled to a refund. Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving the order. When you send it back please have all original tags attached and in the polybags as they were shipped originally.
As well please include:
1. Style name, size and colour you wish to exchange for
2. A copy of your invoice with name and phone number
3. Reason for return
